The Quantitative and Qualitative Analytical Services provides a service to the agricultural industry, the food and feed industry, private companies, municipalities, universities, farmers, researchers etc.

The service includes a complete spectrum of feed and food product tests, chemical tests, microbiological and physical tests. This includes amino acids, fatty acids, fat-soluble vitamins, water-soluble vitamins, dietary fibre, carbohydrates, crude fibre, proximate analysis, phosphatase activity, Salmonella spp, coli forms, total bacterial count, solubility index, etc.

The microbiology laboratory is mainly involved in general analyses regarding food safety and acceptability. Shelf life studies are also performed in this lab.
