9. What changes would you recommend in this course in the future (list the proposed change and motivate below)

Contact trainings are the best for me due to connectivity challenge. For example I missed almost the part of Friday's training due to connectivity issues. As a result I used my own little knowledge on disease in the test we just written.
 (3%)

It will be more effective if it was face to face
 (3%)

Please please please please use contect that is relevant to communal farmers, small holderf farmers and not commercial. Please and please.
 (3%)

 No recommendation
 (3%)

TOO MUCH WORK IN A SHORT SPACE OF TIME. PLEASE WITH THE NEXT GROUP TRY TO GIVE MORE TIME
 (3%)

Give us enough time to write test due that some of us were using cellphones
 (3%)

reduce the workload, this is too much information to crasp at once, maybe extend the during of the cource
 (3%)

Proper planning, this course is supposed to be practical but everything was theoretical
 (3%)

Only the involvement of Extension officers in all provinces to get results of the outcome of all the research done.
 (3%)

since we are doing things in a new way. I would like to arrange demonstration trial in the province
 (3%)

Virtual training not recommended Practicals neef to be done
 (3%)

 none
 (3%)

i believe all is well but there is need for more practical's which should involved farmers in our areas in between the courses or phases
 (3%)

Practical mostly on veld assessment to be able to conduct them.
 (3%)

Colleagues to respect time and log in on time
 (3%)

Training should be attended physical for practical purposes. Technology inteams of Network and online test was a challenge
 (3%)

having trial demonstrations about fodder flow in all provinces, and also bring those lurcene tree seedlings
 (3%)

Groung rules must be adhered to.
 (3%)

Trials would be the best on veld management
 (3%)

To send learning materials before the cause commence
 (3%)

The scope of the courses was too much and we need more time for the workshop.
 (3%)

To be more focusing on communal farmers since we are working with more communal farmers
 (3%)

Most of the presentations were responding to commercial farmer not to subsistence as most of us are working with.
 (3%)

 wwww
 (3%)

 small stock production
 (3%)

 To me it's fine
 (3%)

 We require refresh course
 (3%)

Presenters to be given enough time . It should also be presented to Agricultural advisors
 (3%)

This is a very good initiative just that we can't meet and do practicals due to the current situation but it is a very interesting course
 (3%)

 Nil
 (3%)

Presentations to be concentrated on CSA processes to follow in different situations across the country. Not one size fits all. Especially communal areas. do not dwell on what we already know.
 (3%)

 None
 (3%)

I would change it from on line to physical contact session
 (6%)

No changes except that when pandemic situation comes to an end,Technicians need to be given time to visit the research center in Irene.
