HOUSE RULES FOR EX​HIBITORS AT G20 PAVILIONS

📅 IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES

  • Exhibition D​ates: 25 May 2025

  • ​Set-Up Date & Time: 11:00 until 15:00

  • Dismantling Date & Time:  29 May 2025

  • Exhibitor Arrival Deadline Each Day: 07:30am


📝 KEY DEADLINES

  • Exhibitor Registration Deadline:  10 May 2025

  • Deadline to Submit Exhibitor Names & ID Copies: 18 May 2025

  • Deadline to Confirm Any Special Requirements (power, extra space, etc.)


🧍‍♂️ EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES

  • Maximum of 2 exhibitors per stand

  • Exhibitors must remain at their stands during all exhibition hours

  • Badges must be worn at all times for identification and access

  • No on-site sales unless prior permission is granted

  • Stands must remain presentable and staffed for the full duration of the event

  • Do not drink and eat on your stand – This creates a particularly bad image for the whole pavilion.

​👕DRESS CODE

  • ​​Uniform Requirements:

    • G20 branded T-shirts

    • G20 caps

    • Blue jeans (neat, not ripped)

    • Closed, comfortable shoes


​🔌 LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS

  • Each stand will be provided with:

    • 1 table, 2 chairs

    • 1 power outlet

    • Wi-Fi access

  • Exhibitors must bring their own:

    • Extension cords or multi-plugs (if needed)

    • Marketing material (banners, flyers, samples, etc.)

    • Optional: Branded tablecloths or décor
