This publication entails the step-by-step process description of the processing of dairy products.
	Promotion of community agri-businesses Money is more often made through value addition and not through primary production. That is one of the reasons for ARC-PPRI and ARC-IAE to start with agro-processing of products like honey, mushrooms and peanuts. The first product under development is fruit liqueur with honey as the sweetener.
