Experimental cellar

In this well equipped dedicated facility, we can offer our clients the following:

  • Small-scale wine making trials

  • Product (limited amounts) storage at various temperatures

  • Sensory evaluation

Experimental distillery

Facility is equipped with three 180L, steam heated distilling pots. Using this facility and two temperature and humidity controlled ageing rooms we can offer client the following:

  • Small-scale distillation trials

  • Vat ageing trials

  • Sensory evaluation (in conjunction with experts from industry)

  • Laboratory scale distillation trials in copper-lined glass are also possible
